These five regional workshops were inservice training for English tutors at the elementary and secondary teacher training colleges in Tanzania. Five one week workshop were conducted in Teachers' Colleges in Morogoro, Kleruu (Iringa), Marangu, Butimba (Mwanza) and Nkrumah (Zanzibar), Tanzania.
